This 3 tiered summer frock is a great go-to. Worn with or without a layer underneath, the Chagall has it all going on. Pockets inserted in the side seams, this loose and easy drape will feel great in the summer heat. The rayon linen blend feels soft against the skin and has a washed look to it.
